The Middle East has seen unprecedented economic revival over the past few years, and this has been particularly true within the UAE. With this in mind, NSCC has laid down the groundwork for expansion by using its local and regional experience in general foundation and marine work as a base for establishing a core engineering department responsible for estimation and delivery of large complex infrastructure and civil engineering contracts.

NSCC currently offers our clients several project delivery methods, incorporating the turnkey design and build and/or the traditional construction type of contract.

Our larger type contracts include, but are not limited to, the design and construction of quay walls (marine), civil and ground engineering works for sewage treatment plants, tunnels and deep excavations. Turnkey solutions for basement construction are offered too.
